About us​

Bandic Maritime was founded in 1996 as an independent shipping agent and freight forwarder. Company founder Capt. Zivko Bandic brought more than 30 years of sea‑going and shore‑based experience to the business. That accumulated knowledge proved invaluable during the early years, when Croatia faced challenges of post‑war recovery and transition to a market economy. New logistics firms had to be exceptionally adaptive and resilient to grow in those conditions.

Thanks to hard work, a clear vision, and bold leadership, Capt. Bandic guided the company through those hardships and helped it grow into a regional SME leader in innovative logistics.
