Bandic Maritime d.o.o. is acting exclusively as an agent and/or forwarder. When performing our services, we are acting in accordance with the Maritime Code; Regulations on Conditions Required to Conduct the Activity of the Maritime Agent and Rights and Duties of the Maritime Agents; General Terms and Conditions of the Croatian Maritime Agents; Code of Conduct of Maritime Agents Members of ASBAC and General Conditions of the International Freight Forwarders Association of Croatia (IFFAC).
